Aodu successfully participated in and completed the 153rd Canton Fair. This important exhibition aimed at promoting China’s foreign trade once again demonstrated strong momentum for recovery.
The Fair welcomed a total of 246,000 overseas buyers from 215 countries and regions, showing robust procurement demand. 28,600 exhibiting companies showcased their strengths and explored new business opportunities. Online transaction value reached $3.03 billion, an increase of 33.1% compared to the previous edition.
The Canton Fair is viewed as the “barometer” and “wind vane” of China’s foreign trade, and its positive performance reflects the upward trend of global trade recovery.
Statistics show that the Fair welcomed 160,000 buyers from countries along the “Belt and Road” routes, a 25.1% increase over the previous edition; and 50,000 buyers from Europe and America, up 10.7%. Many important commercial associations and multinational companies attended in person, such as the China General Chamber of Commerce-USA, British 48 Group Club, Canada China Trade Council, Istanbul Chamber of Commerce of Turkey, Australian Master Builders Association Victoria, and 119 other organizations, as well as 226 renowned multinational corporations like Walmart, Auchan, Tesco, Metro, IKEA, Coppel, and Tori. Exhibitor delegations from Turkey, South Korea, Japan, Malaysia, India and other countries/regions expressed their intention to continue participating in group exhibitions at the next Fair.
Aodu also had a fruitful experience at this Canton Fair, with over 500 clients visiting its booth from Europe, America, Japan, South Korea, South America and Southeast Asia. With robust overseas buyer and exhibitor participation, along with record online transactions up 33.1%, the fair cemented its status as the barometer of China’s trade revival. Aodu had a fruitful fair hosting clients worldwide. The enthusiastic international presence, especially from Belt and Road countries, Europe and America, highlights the fair’s global significance. As exhibitors plan to return, the upcoming 136th edition will continue driving international trade growth.
