To further reinforce all employees’ emphasis on quality control, the company convened a themed meeting titled “Adhering to Quality for Excellence” this Wednesday. Over 900 employees from the entire company attended this solemn and grand event without absence.
At the meeting, the company’s General Manager, Kevin, analyzed the profound impact of quality and service on enterprise development from a strategic perspective. He solemnly pointed out that quality is the foundation for a company to stand firm, while service is the key to winning the market. Only by keeping product quality and service quality at a high standard can the company maintain an unbeaten position in the intense market competition. Kevin urged all employees to remember the company’s mission and vision, passionately fulfill their respective duties, abide by the company’s “Ten Prohibitions,” and share the company’s honor and disgrace.
Subsequently, Martin, the head of the company’s Integrated Management Department, analyzed and dissected some recent quality issues. He frankly pointed out that these problems exposed loopholes in the management system and demanded that the management team attach great importance to this matter. Those responsible must fully assume their responsibilities, and rewards and punishments should be clear. Simultaneously, he also appealed to frontline employees to further enhance their quality awareness, meticulously refine every process and detail, and adhere to the principles of “producing only quality products, rejecting defective products, not manufacturing defective products, and not shipping defective products.” All potential quality hazards should be nipped in the bud, and no unqualified products should reach the market.
